How can I cancel my Premium subscription?

If you subscribed via Google Play (Android):

  1. Open the Google Play Store on your device.
  2. Tap the menu icon and select Subscriptions.
  3. Find your Mlite subscription.
  4. Turn off auto-renewal to cancel the subscription.

If you subscribed via the App Store (iOS):

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Tap your name at the top of the screen.
  3. Select Media & Purchases, then tap View Apple ID.
  4. Go to Subscriptions.
  5. Choose the Mlite subscription.
  6. Tap Cancel Subscription.
The subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

If you purchased the Premium subscription on the Mlite website:

  1. Visit mspy.com.
  2. Click Login in the top-right corner of the page.
  3. Sign in to your account.
  4. Tap the profile icon in the upper right corner of the screen.
  5. Find the Manage Subscription menu item.
  6. Cancel Renewal to stop future payments.
